We offer free shipping within Washington state for orders over $50. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 days within Washington State. For other US locations, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 days.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information and a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Dashboard" section. If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
